Exchanges

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us atĀ contact@bersaatelier.comĀ with your order number. We provide exchanges for items that are defective or faulty. Given the handmade nature of Bersa Atelier products, we do not accept returns or exchanges online. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Securely pack your return, ideally in the original packaging.
Send the parcel back to us via courier.

We have a no-refund policy at the moment. However, if an item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued. For returns made within 7 days of purchase, we offer store credit for the equivalent amount.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Our ā€œExchange & Returnā€ policy will apply once the order has been dispatched.
