Return Policy

At Bersaatelier, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item you wish to return, including all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

5. Non-returnable Items

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

9. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
